WHEREAS the majority of residents of Front Street feel satisfied that there is adequate private parking available to meet the needs of the neighbourhood even without street parking,

AND WHEREAS these residents have overwhelmingly expressed that maintaining the greatest possible amount of green space is integral to the character of their community,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Central Elgin reconsider the motion to install parking bays on Front Street.
